Ontario Home Health COVID-19 Update



We at Ontario Home Health and Mackhall Mobility are following the COVID-19 pandemic closely. We also realize that many of our products and services are essential to the health and safety of our customers. With this in mind, we are attempting to provide whatever support we can within the directives of government and medical authorities, and with due regard to the safety of our staff and their families. The following changes will be evident when interacting with us:

·       All customers will be screened prior to admission to any of our retail locations, or scheduling of in-home service

·       We will limit the number of customers at a time in our locations

·       We will maintain 2 meters of distance from all others when possible

·       We will be asking you to pay for our service electronically to avoid handling cash

·       We will be sending invoices and receipts electronically to avoid handling paper. We will not use your Email address for any other purpose without express permission

·       When practical, we will deliver your products to the door and advise you to retrieve them when our staff have moved away

·       We will follow directives from our long-term care, home care, medical and government partners

·       We will be closing Saturdays to allow us to redeploy staff

·       We will defer non-essential services until directed by Public Health officials that it is safe to resume these

·       Let us know if, and when you plan to pick-up your products, we will notify you when they are ready to avoid the need to wait

·       Please be patient, we are committed to supporting everyone the best we can while keeping everyone safe
